 Requirements

• Application for property transfer service on irembo platform 
• Visit the land notary office chosen while applying on irembo;
• Identification documents (Identification card, Passport, or company registration certificate.)

Service fees

• 500 Frw per notarized page of the contract for public notary
• 6500 Frw per copy of contract for private notary 

The following services and certificates are exempted from fees: 

a. The service of transfer of ownership on immovable property
b. The certificate of land registration (land title)
