A part from the overall monitoring and coordinating daily activities of the entire institution, the Office of the Director General oversees finance activities as Chief budget manager and mobilization of resources for NLA activities

The Director General of NLA has the power of decision making in the administrative and financial management of the institution in accordance with relevant laws.

The office of the Director General also coordinates and directs different activities of the institution, including, ensuring that the Internal and external Auditing, Communications and legal activities are done in accordance with institution’s mandate.  Last but not least ensuring the execution of the budget and management of the property of the institution and submit related report to the Board of Directors.
